A: Nothing! The service is free.

Q: What happens if there is a problem? Stuck product? Money not returned…?

A: We can monitor transactions remotely, so we know about a problem if something happens. You can also contact us so that the issue can be resolved.

Q: How do we get a machine?

A. Once we determine the best type of machine for your needs, we will set up delivery and get it installed.

Q: How do you know which machine we need?

A: Using information like the number of employees/patrons, foot traffic, and size of accessible space, we will determine the right machine for you.

A: You can help us choose, or we can go with the items people enjoy most.

A: YES!

Q: How do we pay?

A: Cash, coins, credit cards, debit cards, tap n’ go.

Q:  How often do you service the machine?  

A:  We use remote telemetry to help us understand the best time to service the machine. We also schedule a regular time to come check on it in person.
